Delivery Charges
Delivery charge on shipments within the United Kingdom is £3.50 with delivery via Royal Mail and
£7.50 for exports to European Union countries. We can only ship within the UK and European Union.
Delivery Terms
All orders are subject to payment card authorisation, cheque clearing, and stock availability.
We will endeavour to despatch accepted orders placed before 1pm Monday – 1pm Friday on the same day via Royal Mail. We will endeavour to despatch all other orders on the next business day. All UK Mainland deliveries should be received within 48 hours of despatch. You will be notified if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than the stated time. If goods are not available for immediate despatch you will be asked via email if you wish to proceed. All
deliveries outside of the United Kingdom and European Union countries should be received with 7 business days.
Pricing Policy
All our products are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate.
Lulusplace.co.uk reserves the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice.
Methods of Payment
You can make your payment by major Credit card, Debit card or British Sterling cheque from a United Kingdom bank.
American Express is not accepted at this time. Your credit/debit card statements will show “Lulusplace.co.uk”.
1. By Credit/Debit Card
Your credit/debit card will be debited after you place your order and receive approval, as is the case with most online stores.
2. By Cheque (must be cheque drawn on UK bank for Pounds Sterling)
If you elect to pay by cheque (must be drawn on UK bank in sterling), you will receive a confirmation email for your order. Please make your cheque payable to MIX LABS LTD and include your order number. Your order will be despatched after the cheque has been cleared. It may take up to 5 business days for your cheque to clear after receipt. If your
cheque has not been received within 14 days of your online order, your order will be cancelled.

Credit Card Security
Please do not email your credit/debit card details to us. We can not be responsible for your personal details if emailed or sent to us via post.
Lulu’s Place wants to help protect your personal details. Credit/debit card transactions are handled by Barclayscard Merchant Services to help ensure the highest level of security and keep your details private and secure.
Returns
If you have any problems with your order or are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us in writing by email or by contacting us at +44 (0)844 800 1694 within 10 days of receipt of your order to resolve any issues.
If the item is authorized for return you will be required to organise and pay for the return of the goods to Lulu’s Place as directed in Return Procedure, below.Generally, for reasons of hygiene, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on opened product.
Any refunds will be placed on the original card used for the purchase, if applicable. Please allow up to 14 days for receipt of refunds.
This does not effect your statutory rights, including any rights you may have under the European Union’s Distance Selling Regulations.

3. The original receipt, invoice or proof of purchase must be returned. We will not proceed without this.
4. Once the returned goods have been received and verified, your account will be credited, refund issued, or exchange made, as applicable.
It is recommended you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post.
Cancellation Rights
Under the European Union’s Distance Selling Regulations you may have the right to cancel your order upon notice to us within 7 working days. No reason for cancellation is required and the 7 days start from the date you receive the product(s). You will receive a full refund. You are required to return the products to us at your cost and to
exercise reasonable care in regard to those products.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information is collected to process your order and to provide you with the best possible customer service. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will never pass on your details to third party organisations.

Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by lulusplace.co.uk. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole
discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded in full.

This contract is subject to the law of England. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable.
